Are the prices final?
These are starting prices. Larger dogs, multiple pets and special-care needs may change the quote, and we always confirm before the first visit.
Do you do a meet-and-greet first?
Yes. We meet you and your pet before the first booking so everyone feels comfortable and we learn the routine.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel up to 12 hours before a visit at no charge. Later cancellations may be charged at half price.
How do I pay?
We accept UPI, cards and cash. Weekly and monthly plans are billed in advance.
